We currently ship to Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Free shipping on all orders.
Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Products

The DeskHaus Desk Mat is available in 5 sizes: 60x35cm, 80x40cm, 90x43cm, 100x50cm and 120x50cm. Not sure which size to pick? Go one size up — more coverage is always better.
We offer 6 carefully selected colors: Black, Dark Gray, Eggshell, Latte, Chocolate and Sage Green.
Completely normal. The mat is rolled during shipping to protect it. Simply unroll it on your desk and it will flatten out within a few hours. If the edges need help, place something flat and heavy on the corners overnight.
180mm fits laptops and monitors up to 21 inches. 250mm fits 21–24 inch monitors. 330mm fits 24–27 inch monitors. 500mm is best for 27 inches and above. If you are between sizes, go bigger.
The mount clamp fits most monitors with a flat back surface and a frame thickness between 1–3cm. It is not recommended for heavily curved monitors. If your monitor has an unusual shape, double-sided mounting tape works perfectly as an alternative.
The light bar requires a standard USB-A 5V 1A power source. It does not work with USB-C only chargers. Most monitor USB ports and standard phone chargers work perfectly.

Orders & Returns

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we will sort it out. No complicated return forms, no hassle.
We are sorry to hear that. Contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.
Once we have confirmed your return or refund, it typically takes 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
